Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a system of total healthcare that uses the body's own natural healing ability to its fullest.

Naturopaths train for 3 years to a high standard and must have already been in practice for 3 years prior to this therefore Naturopaths are highly qualified and experienced practitioners able to liaise with other Health Professionals such as your GP if required.

How does Naturopathy work?

Naturopathy uses a natural healing process which seeks to create health by eliminating the imbalance (or disease) that produced the illness in the first place. This process begins with the premise that the body is designed to heal itself, given the appropriate support.

A consultation is carried out and a structured plan using Iridology, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Supplementation, Alternative Therapies and Lifestyle Changes. Because our approach is holistic, we consider your entire health history and will tailor a plan based on your individual needs.

Your naturopathy treatment will include different approaches designed to suit your particular needs, careful planning and timing of treatments, using minimal intervention to remove the obstacles to good health.

What can Naturopathy treat?

Naturopathy treats the patient from the preventive stage through to serious, chronic and debilitating disease.
