Our Mission at Broad Oaks is to provide every patient with the very best health care - based on the needs of the individual. Physiotherapists

Mark Webb MCSP, AACP
Mark Webb
Mark has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, including within Private Practice, the NHS and for Corporate Clients. A member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists, Mark graduated from the Wolverhamption School of Physiotherapy.

Prior to taking over Solihull's Broad Oaks Health Clinic in 2001, Mark gained valuable experience working as the Physiotherapist for the Great Britain Hockey Team, Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Birmingham Bulls AFC, Silhillians RUFC and within the Medical Centre at Val D'Isere ski resort (France).
Anne Hands MCSP
Anne Hands
Anne qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist at the Coventry School of Physio, and has lived and worked in Solihull most of her life. After qualifying as a physiotherapist Anne gained extensive experience working within the NHS at both Heartlands and Solihull hospitals. Anne later moved into Private Practice in Solihull and has been a key member of the Broad Oaks team in since the start.

Anne played a key role in initiating protocols for orthopedic operations and working closely with surgeons at the Nuffield Hospital.
Gaynor Kunneke B. Ost(Hons)
Gaynor Kunneke
Gaynor has studied and worked in the fitness industry for over thirty years. She has been treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions for 16 years and has been a registered and fully qualified Osteopath since 2013, having trained at Keele and Staffordshire Universities.

Gaynor currently divides her time between Broad Oaks, her own osteopathy practice and her Pilates/fitness classes.

Podiatrist

Justine Callaghan F.C.Pod.(S)., MChS., D.PodM., LFHom(Pod)., S.R.Ch.
Justine Callaghan
Justine qualified from the Birmingham School of Podiatry in 1989, completed the podiatric surgical course and became a Surgical Fellow in 1994. Justine has since taught clinical chiropody and nail surgery at the Birmingham School.

She is also is a qualified Homeopathic Podiatrist and Podiatric Acupuncturist and has a keen interest in Dermatology and vascular medicine.

Justine has spent her professional career, spanning over 25 years, in private practice. As a highly qualified and experienced Chiropodist / Podiatrist, she provides all manner of foot treatments from verrucae removal to nail surgery.

Having been a part of the Broad Oaks team over 10 years, Justine enjoys the challenges of a busy private practice and uses her broad experience and welcoming manner to put patients at their ease.

Justine lives in Solihull and has two children, Harry and Tom.

Hilary Dixon MBACP
Hilary Dixon
Hilary Dixon specialises in the treatment of anxiety, panic, fears, phobias, habits. As a trained psychotherapist, counsellor and hypnotherapist she works with clients to enable positive and lasting change. Valuing the uniqueness of every client she remains flexible in her approach drawing from a variety of theories and models of therapy in her work.

Chartered Clinical Psychologist

Dr Sharna Lewis BSC Hons, Msc, DClinpsy, CPsychol.
Dr Sharna Lewis
Dr Lewis first graduated from Aston University in 1996 with an Honours Degree in Psychology and went on to complete a Masters Degree in Health Psychology at Coventry University. Dr Lewis then undertook a 3 year Doctorate to train as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Birmingham.

Dr Lewis has worked within the NHS for over 12 years and independently in private practice since 2009. She has extensive clinical experience within the areas of learning disabilities, child and adult mental health and neuropsychological assessment. Dr Lewis is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy and a registered member of the Health Care Professionals Council.

Acupuncturist

Kirsty Garland
Kirsty gained her Licentiate in Acupuncture (LicAc) after completing a three year, fully accredited, professional degree course in Traditional Acupuncture.

She was awarded her B.A. (Hons) in 2003, from the College of Traditional Acupuncture in affiliation with Oxford Brookes University.

Since qualifying Kirsty's post-graduate studies have included fertility & gynaecology and acupuncture for emotional states.

Kirsty is committed to providing the highest standard of care at affordable costs and is able to help patients with a broad spectrum of illnesses by drawing on skills from a number of healing disciplines.

Prosthetist

Ozan Altay ISPO, HCPC-reg
Ozan Altay
Ozan graduated from the London School of Prosthetics, Roehampton and has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Prosthetics and Amputee Rehabilitation.

He is a successful independent freelance prosthetist and works for both Broad Oaks Health Clinic and his own company Limbstuff Ltd. During his career Ozan was voted onto the Health Professions Council for a five-year term, serving on the Registration, Health and Communication committees. He is now a partner to the Health and Care Professions Council Tribunal Service.

Ozan is highly skilled in the prosthetic craft and respected throughout the UK and beyond. At Broad Oaks Health Clinic,he provides a full amputee rehabilitation service and can maintain the most modern or more traditional artificial limbs.

As an expert witness Ozan works within the legal sector. He can provide medico-legal assessments, reports, second opinions, treatment plans and component recommendations for personal injury claims.
